Shark Design

This one of those designs that give you a little play to do what you want and have some fun.

After the client gives me an idea of what they want. I make a rough sketch of my idea.

Once approved I start with inking first.

Next I begin with solid colors, then I start shading and giving the shark a little dimension and life.

Same with the words.  I am going for giving the design a freeze-frame animated cell look.

The last thing is adding some graphics in the background. Not too strong to take away the foreground. This way it ties in an island theme.  I went with the 80's look and colors.

Last is adding in a named drop of one of the islands.
